Trophy wife here I come
So after having my baby I have parts on my body that jiggle that I never knew could jiggle and my stomach is no where close to looking like it did before the baby but I am smaller then I was before the baby so I will be happy about that. I don't want my body from high school back and lets be honest I don't think I could ever get that skinny again I love food to much lol I love how my body has more meat and curves to it and I know my husband loves it. (wink wink) But I would love to get it more toned. I want to look and feel my best for me #1 and then for my husband. I know people are going to say you should do it for yourself and no one else but I want to look great for my hubby. Because if you don't look and feel your best and put some effort in there going to look for it some where else. Just as I and he wants to look his best for me. You almost have to live like your always the girlfriend keeping things fun and spicy. Trust me it is hard when you work full-time and have a running toddler around and trying to cook and keep the house clean. The last thing on my mind is working out but at least there is one good thing that comes out of it, it boosts your sex drive lol Anyways I've had ACL surgery on both my knees working out is a little bit harder for me but it's not going to be my excuse anymore! And maybe with putting it out here I'll stick with it more. I started last week the Couch to 5k Running program. I hate running but it's been pretty good so far. I like how it starts off slow and little by little gets harder, which is good with me and my knee problems. So now I'm on to week 2 and let's see how that goes. I've changed it to where I'm running during the day instead of night now. So I have to push my big butt on my lunch today to do it. Wish me luck and hopefully I can finish this running challenge!!
